Terms of Service
The rules for using j2x.net, in plain language. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Draft. This text describes how the service works and what we expect from you. The operator's legal name, address and governing law will be added here before the service opens to the public.
1. Who we are and what this is
j2x.net ("we", "us") is a banner advertising network. Advertisers buy banner space, publishers sell it on their websites, and each view is sold in a real-time auction. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the advertising policy.
2. Your account
- You must be of legal age to enter a contract where you live, and the details you give must be true.
- One account can act as an advertiser, a publisher, or both.
- Keep your password and any two-factor codes secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think it was accessed by someone else.
- Do not open several accounts to get around limits, reviews or bans.
3. Advertisers
- Balance. You add funds to your balance in Bitcoin. The balance is kept in satoshis. Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed, so check every address and amount before you send.
- Pricing. You choose a model per campaign: per valid click (CPC), per 1 000 viewable views (vCPM) or per conversion (CPA). Bids are set in US dollars and converted to satoshis at the network's exchange rate and charged from your balance.
- Auction. Every view is a real-time auction with a second-price (GSP) win. The winner pays just enough to beat the runner-up, never more than its own bid. We do not guarantee that a campaign wins any number of views or clicks.
- Valid traffic. Clicks and views that we find invalid are not charged, or are refunded to your balance. Our decision on what is valid is final, but you can ask us to look at a specific case.
- Banners. Every banner is reviewed and must follow the advertising policy. We may reject or remove a banner, and pause a campaign, if it does not.
- Deposits. A deposit is for advertising. If you want money back, write to support; we look at such requests case by case.
4. Publishers
- Your site. You may only add sites you own or control. You prove ownership with a meta tag or a file, and a new site goes through a review period before it serves paid ads.
- Earnings. You receive a fixed share of what advertisers pay for valid clicks, views and conversions (currently 70%). Changes to the share apply to traffic from the day they are announced.
- Hold. New earnings are held while traffic is checked (currently 30 days). Earnings from traffic that is found to be invalid are cancelled.
- Withdrawals. Withdrawals are paid to your FaucetPay account, within the limits we set (a minimum, a maximum and a number of requests per day), after we review them. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal that looks suspicious until we have checked it.
- Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the content of your site, for the cookie and privacy notices it needs, and for any taxes on your earnings.
5. What you must not do
- Generate clicks or views by bots, scripts, proxies, incentives or by clicking your own ads or asking others to.
- Place ads in a way that hides, misleads or forces clicks.
- Upload banners or run sites that break the advertising policy or the law.
- Attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or access data that is not yours.
6. Corrections, suspension and closing
We may correct balances when traffic is found to be invalid, or when there is an error. Each change is written to the ledger. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Earnings and balances that come from the violation may be cancelled; we will explain why. You can close your account yourself from Account → My data.
7. The service as it is
We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise uninterrupted operation, a number of impressions or any level of earnings. The Bitcoin price changes, and that is a risk you accept.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost profits, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount of the balance or unpaid earnings in the account concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the panel. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it.
